• Slow charging complaints caused by charger or device compatibility

• Daily wear and tear

• Misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

• Damage caused by unsupported charging adapters or devices

• Replacement is subject to verification and approval by DYNEBEAM.

• Only one replacement is allowed during the warranty period.

• Replaced products are not covered under a fresh warranty period.

• Customers may be required to self-ship the defective product for warranty evaluation.
